Our surveyor will visit your residence and take an inventory of the items to be shipped. Any special packaging or instructions will be noted. The surveyor will assess the materials required in packing, the size of the container or number of containers needed and take note of any access issues. The survey is used to prepare an accurate quote for the packing, loading and shipping of your household goods.  This is your opportunity to meet face to face with a key member of our team and ask any questions you may have. It is a good idea to set aside plenty of time to spend with the surveyor.

You will receive a detailed quote for shipping your goods. This will include details of the planned move including:

• our reference
• origin
• destination
• method of shipping
• volume to be shipped

Your quote will also outline any exclusions (so there are no nasty surprises)
